I'm a philosopher, writer, and Director of Education at a Canadian nonprofit, based in Toronto.

I hold a PhD in philosophy from the University of Toronto. I have lived, studied, and worked all over Canada, and spent two years as a postdoc in lovely Odense, Denmark.

I'm also an Ethics in the News Analyst for the Prindle Post, and have written articles on a wide range of contemporary issues with a philosophical bent for numerous websites, including Psyche and the Institute of Art and Ideas. 

When I'm not writing I'm probably baking, biking, reading, or feeling guilty that I'm not writing.
